Mission Statement: Vista Choice Supports seeks to ensure that individuals in the disability community have the tools they need to successfully self-direct their disability services by creating a vista of personal choices that deliver the supports and services that enhance their lives.
Vision Statement: Vista Choice Supports exists to deliver valuable assistance and advocacy to individuals with developmental disabilities who choose to self-direct their person-centered planning strategies for the delivery of services and supports.

Personal Choice and Values
The ability for people with developmental disabilities to choose a mix of supports and services that serves their best interest is highly valued. Consultant & Parent Advocate
As a parent advocate of an adult with developmental disability, Vista Choice Supports was established to provide disability consultant services to individuals who choose their own path in life through a vista of personal choices that deliver supports and services, that promote their goals and dreams, and help them live independently.
